Hi Dao, Nick is finally home with my mum and dad, I just wanted to say a massive thank you for all your hard work and patience in getting Nick home, it’s been very stressful at time’s but your calmness and professionalism made it easier. You showed compassion and empathy to my situation and I will be eternally grateful for everything you did for the safe arrival of my brother. My parents can have some peace now that Nick is back home with them. Thanks again

We would just like to say a really big thank you for the way in which you handled my father's funeral. The late Mr. John Ernest Devall. It was done with the utmost respect, compassion and consideration of what we were experiencing. You really went above and beyond your duties. Everything was done perfectly and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for that. If there is an email address where we can contact your bosses to send them a glowing report we would be most grateful. Thank you once again for. trying to ease a very traumatic occasion for us.

Dao was just wonderful. From our first contact, during a time of great emotion she was considerate, listened well and was clear on what needed to be done to arrange the funeral ceremony and all the related paperwork. The team at AMAR made us all feel cared for. The Buddhist ceremony that we chose was beautiful, a peaceful farewell for our beloved Alex who passed away do suddenly. Our thanks to you all, we would like to be sure you understand how much your support meant to us. I would thoroughly recommend AMAR and Dao to anyone needing a similar service.

Dear Dao Thank you for the beautiful photos and primarily for the earlier than expected trip up to Chang Mai. The photos show such calmness and oneness with death. It’s been a real revelation to me how beautiful the process of passing from this life to the next can be. Dear Khun Dao, firstly, I would like to thank you and your staff for a wonderful job done. I know he had to go out of his way to do so, but it gave us the chance to take some out on the river and to scatter them there as an everlasting reminder of Kathy's brother and Nicoletta's uncle and my dear friend of 43 years. Thank you, Dao Please do share with your team that when I called Anthony's mum today to let her know that he was out of the hospital and with you, she was so relieved and happy to know that he was no longer in the hospital. It was a huge relief for her. With my best wishes and many thanks for all of your and your team's professionalism, compassion, help and support with Anthony's repatriation back to the UK. I would like to thank you once again for all your help in arranging and facilitating the repatriation of my father's ashes to Australia. My family and I have been most impressed with Dao's professionalism and competence in co-ordinating various parties involved and thoughtfully seeing to the details and my family's wishes. The Consultant at the Funeral Home / Memorial Garden who received the ashes on our behalf and opened the box in my mother's presence commented that "the company in bangkok did a very good job and very professional". it was very comforting for my mother to see that :"the box is very nice and neat" and that my father's ashes were carefully handled. Dear Dao, I can’t tell you haw grateful I am for your efficient and thoughtful service. You have guided me carefully through the procedure, which I am thankful I have never had to do before. So good to hear that you are doing everything so quickly and so efficiently. I just wish that I had found your company earlier and I know that Nigel will feel the same. We were all going around in circles trying to persuade Khun Ice to send the original Death certificate and we just thought we had hit a brick wall and that Graham’s Ashes wouldn’t be returning home. Then I heard your interview on Pattaya local radio and took your details and called you but not thinking you could really help us much. You have surpassed all mine and Nigel’s expectations in your efficiency and particularly in your communication of everything that is happening. Both Graham and myself worked for a company-which is where we met some 45 years ago— and the mantra of the company was that communication is the cornerstone of everything and I know the Graham would have been equally impressed with your efficiency and customer skills and I thank you for that. I look forward to hearing that Nigel has collected the ashes at the weekend and that Graham can then be laid to rest with his mother. Thanks again and take care, Regards.

I wanted to write to express my sincere appreciation for the service you provided regarding Tony’s funeral. In all my communication with you I have found you to be reassuring, understanding and professional. The support and advice you gave was a huge comfort to me, more especially when I was required to organise a funeral, being unfamiliar with Thailand and its customs. During the ceremony you even made sure that I understood my role and what was happening throughout. Again this gave me a great sense of reassurance and comfort. I left Thailand feeling that Tony’s wishes had been respected and his cremation was a beautiful and touching end to his life.
